Miroslava Garcia, 58, of Rock Island, passed away Thursday April 2, 2015 at UPH-Trinity, Rock Island.
Services will be 10:00am Tuesday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00pm Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island.
Miroslava was born on December 4, 1957 in Durango, Mexico, the daughter of Antonia Guerra. She married Perfecto Garcia in 1976.
She had been employed at Swords Veneer and McDonalds, Rock Island.
Mrs. Garcia loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, her dogs and family get togethers.
Survivors include her husband, Perfecto; children, Antonio(Valentina) Garcia, Raymundo Garcia, Mike Garcia, Diana(Adolfo) Mendoza, Jose(Yolanda) Garcia; grandchildren, Talia, Anna, Tony, Gabe, Mireya, Jamelle, Christian; brother, Armando; sister, Gloria and Marycruz.
