Myron O. Hazen, 79, of Moline, formerly of Milan, passed away Sunday September 14, 2025 at the Kahl Home, Davenport.

Funeral services will be 10:00am Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00pm Thursday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be left to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Pregnancy Resources or Wounded Warrior Project.

Myron was born on August 26, 1946 in Poughkeepsie, NY, the son of Henry and Majorie (Klockau) Hazen. He was a graduate of Rock Island High School and had earned his Eagle Scout badge. He married Carolyn Potter in 1967 and from that union had three children, Todd, Kimberly and Nicole. Later married Linda Wilson. In September of 2014 he married Carla Scott in Milan.

Myron had been the owner of Collision Repair Center, East Moline, for 42 years until his retirement in 2021.

Myron was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rock Island.

Survivors include his wife, Carla, Moline; children, Todd (Kris) Hazen, Sherrard, Kimberly (Steve) Woolf, Milan, Nicole (Billy) Powell, Colona; grandchildren, Liz Hazen, Hayley Fiedler, Emily Hazen, Zachary Woolf, Nathan Woolf, Kaiden Woolf; great grandchildren, Carter, Kamdyn, Luca, Garrett and 3 on the way; step children, Jason, Michael, Elizabeth, Steven; brothers, John (Mary) Hazen, Keith (Angie) Hazen; and his beloved dog, Oliver.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Valerie Hazen.
