Nadine L. Orwig, 78, of Rock Island, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.  Per her wishes cremation rites will be accorded.  A virtual memorial service will be conducted at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 2:00pm (CST). This will be conducted through a Zoom Meeting. The meeting lobby will open at 1:30pm with the memorial service to start at 2:00pm. Nadine was born on September 15, 1942 in Rock Island, the daughter of Nile and Dorothy (Munshower) Harper.  She married Dale Orwig on November 24, 2007 in Rock Island, he preceded her in death in 2019.  Nadine retired from UPH-Trinity, where she worked as an electrocardiogram technician.  Nadine and her late husband, Dale were very faithful members of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Rock Island.  Her faith was very important to her, and she practiced it every day.  Nadine enjoyed her dogs, gardening, spending time with her family, friends from her congregation, and her life-long friend, Betty.

Nadine is survived by her sons, Douglas (Lori) Bebber, Rock Island, Stephen (Darcy) Bebber, Sarasota, FL, and Dale Bebber, Cuyahoga Falls, OH; grandchildren, Bryan and Samantha Bebber, Phillip (Asia) Bebber, Tessa (Devin) Martin, and Kayley, Cleo, Asa, and Mona Bebber; great grandchildren, Elijah, Decker, Callaway, and Rome; siblings, Nile Harper and Linda Patterson; and many friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Orwig and parents.
