Nancy L. Nesbitt, 83, of Milan, passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 at her residence.

A private graveside service will be held at National Cemetery, Rock Island.  Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Nancy's memory.  Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan, is assisting the family with services.

Nancy was born on January 18, 1938 in Rock Island, the daughter of John and Daisy (Walston) Nelson Sr.  She married John Nesbitt Jr. in July of 1967 in Rock Island.  Nancy worked as an assembler for Service Rubber for 33 years.  Her pride and joy were her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and cherished all the time spent with them.

Nancy's family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospice Compassus, especially to Amanda, Stephanie, Diane, and Chris for the care and compassion they gave to Nancy and her family.

Nancy is survived by her children, Connie Jo Brown, Rock Island and Kenneth (Kim) Moskaloff, Milan; grandchildren, Tracy (Chris) Svetlick and Jeremy (Johnna) Moskaloff; great grandchildren, Nathan, Abbi, and Mark Kain and Gabe and Fiona Moskaloff; and siblings, JoAnn Bushert, El Paso, IL, Jane Puscas, Stoughton, WI and Reynold Nelson, Silvis, IL.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John Nesbitt Jr.; parents; and brother, John Nelson Jr.
