Nancy L. Rietz, 83, of Bettendorf, died Monday, March 20, 2017 at Iowa Masonic Health Facilities, Bettendorf.  Services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island.  Visitation will be from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m Thursday at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Rock Island National Cemetery, Arsenal Island.  Memorials may be made in care of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Nancy was born in Rock Island on April 21, 1933, a daughter of Donald and Marguerita E. Barth Ritze.  She married Irwin S. Rietz on November 3, 1951 in Rock Island.  He preceded her in death on January 18, 2015.

Survivors include her children, Gloria J. (Keith) Hanne, Bettendorf and Michael E. Rietz, Davenport; grandchildren, Dawn (Kevin) Peel, Kelly (Grace) Hanne, Charles (Kate) Rietz and Ashley (Dan) DePardo; and great-grandchildren, Spencer, Logan, Tanner, Dallin, Evelyn, Samantha, Delaney, Maxxwell, Desmond, Alexis and Amelia.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
