Nicholas Christopher Tacker, 40, of Milan, passed away Monday at his home.
Funeral services will be 4pm Friday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Milan. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery.  Memorials may be left to the family.
Nicholas was born on October 16, 1975 in Rock Island, the son of John and Judith Tacker.
He had been employed as a chef at local restaurants. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his children, Zachary, Hailee and Mariah Tacker, all of Moline; parents, John (Lauren) Tacker, Moline, Judith (Gary) Hipskind, Rock Island; siblings, Jason (Cindy) Tacker, Fort Mill, SC, Jennifer Tacker, Rock Island, Jacob Tacker, Moline; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Emily Tacker; his paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents.
