Novalee R. Rubingh, 5 month old daughter, of Justin Rubingh and Taylor Hougas, passed away Sunday May 2, 2021 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.

A Celebration of Life service will be 3:00pm Saturday May 15, 2021 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island.

Novalee was born on December 2, 2020 in Davenport.

She is survived by her parents, Taylor Hougas and Justin Rubingh, both of Davenport; brother, Kyran; grandparents, Tonya Emmert (Jim), James Hougas, Albert Rubingh (Shonna), Sherri Rubingh (Charlie); great grandparents, Alice and David Cox, Shirley and Gerald Emmert, Pat and Ron Hougas; aunts and uncles, Rikki (Jackie), Dylan (Mindy), Tanner, Addyson, Sheralee (Jared), Kaylynn, Albert Jr. and Johnathon.
