IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Pamela Sue
Cullor
July 19, 1964 – June 12, 2025
It's with deep sorrow but unshakable hope in the resurrection, we announce that Pamela Sue Cullor, 60, entered the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 12, 2025, in Moline, Illinois.
Pam was born on July 19, 1964, in Moline, where she spent her life loving and serving others with a joyful generosity. She is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, Alan Ray Cullor, and their three daughters: Melissa (Shelley) Bauwens, Meghin Gould (husband Ryan Gould, children Finley and Liam), and Abby Sanderson (husband David Sanderson, children Phoebe and Charles). She is also survived by her dear brother, Al Lucas.
Pam was preceded in death by her Father, Leonard William Lucas Sr., her mother Sheryll Ann Lucas, and her brother Leonard William Lucas Jr.
Pam's life was a testimony to the grace of God. She loved her family fiercely, delighted in being a grandmother, and found joy in the ordinary moments of life—decorating her home, playing with her grandkids, cheering for the Chicago Cubs, and sharing laughter around the table. Pam also worked as a massage therapist for over twenty years. But above all, Pam loved Christ, and she devoted her life to making His name known.
A faithful member of Edgewood Baptist Church, Pam served with humility and enthusiasm. She was a lay pastor, women's bible study leader and led in the AWANA children's ministry, where she invested countless hours pointing young hearts to Jesus. Her generous spirit, servant's heart, and deep-rooted faith impacted all who knew her. She poured herself out in service out of love for the One who first loved her.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Pam's life and her eternal hope in Christ at a visitation on Wednesday, June 18, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030 Seventh Ave, Rock Island, IL. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19, at 10:00 a.m. at Edgewood Baptist Church, 2704 38th St, Rock Island, IL. Burial at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline, IL.
Though our hearts grieve, we do not grieve as those without hope (1 Thessalonians 4:13). Pam has fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith. She now beholds the Savior she loved so dearly—face to face.
Condolences for the family can be left of the tribute wall.
