Pamela C. Whittington, 63, of Andalusia, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 surrounded by family and friends at her home in Andalusia. The visitation will be on Monday, November 17 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home & Crematory, Milan. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, November 18 at 11:00 am at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Milan. Memorials may be made to St. Matthew Lutheran Church or Ruff Life Dog Rescue of Illowa.
Pam was born on January 14, 1962 in Rock Island, the daughter of Lossee and Esther (Clark) Morford. She married Tony Whittington at St. Matthew on December 27, 1980 in Milan, Illinois. Pam taught 5th Grade for the Rockridge School District for most of her 36 years. After retiring in 2020, she continued to volunteer at the Andalusia Elementary School library. After her retirement she became a bailiff for Rock Island County to fulfill a passion for community service. Pam was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Milan.
Survivors include her husband, Tony, Andalusia, IL; children, Nick (Melanie) Whittington, Kansas City, Missouri, Amber (Michael) Jones, Taylor Ridge, Illinois, Sam Whittington, Colorado; grandchildren, Sloane Whittington, Palmer Whittington; siblings Steve (Bernadette) Morford, Bettendorf, Iowa, and Janet (John) Walker, Valparaiso Indiana; and many nieces and nephews.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Lossee and Esther Morford.
