Pamela S. Wiggins, 67, Rock Island, IL passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at her home. No services are planned at this time. Memorials may be made to the family

Pam was born October 3, 1958, in Moline, Illinois, to Charles and Deetta (Rench) Redenbo. She attended Rock Island High School, where—despite standing 5'3"—she played center on the school’s first girls’ basketball team. She graduated with the Class of 1976. On September 18, 1979, she married Mark Wiggins, and together they had two sons.

She later attended Augustana College, earning her bachelor’s degree. Pam spent 35 years at IH Credit Union, where she worked as a supervisor until her retirement.

In her free time, Pam enjoyed playing cards, especially Euchre and Rummy, and was a longtime fan of Days of Our Lives. She loved to cook and was known for her BLTs, grilled pork chops, and garlic shrimp.

Pam is survived by her longtime partner, David Danielsen; her sons, Ryan (Cierra) Wiggins and Chase (Rachel) Wiggins; her stepchildren, Ashley, Amber, Alexis, Taylor, Destiny, and Autumn Danielsen; her grandchildren, Easton and Lorelai Wiggins; her special friends, Denise Wheatley and Brad Johnson, who she affectionately called “Dumbass”; and her beloved dachshund, Charlie.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her special dog, Harry.
