Patricia M. MacDonald, 79, of Milan, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at UnityPoint Heath-Trinity, Rock Island. Private Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan is assisting the family. Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial fund that will be established at a later date.

Patricia was born on May 3, 1942 in Rock Island, a daughter of Ralph Trout Sr. and Delpha (Spitznogle) Trout. She married Dwaine MacDonald in 1971 in Denver, CO. Pat graduated from Moline Public Hospital School of Respiratory Therapy. She had worked at UnityPoint Health-Trinity for 27 years as a respiratory therapist. Pat enjoyed her spending time with her sons, grandchildren and visiting with her neighbors.

Survivors include her sons, Mark MacDonald, Milan and Michael (Kim) MacDonald, East Moline; grandchildren, Katlyn (Dylan), Brenden, Eric, Corbin, Dylan, Ryan; step grandchildren, Kristen (Teighlor), Jessica, Sarah, Jacob; great granddaughter, Jocelyn; step great grandchildren, Jaxon, Natalie, Jaiden, Charlotte; siblings, Carole Trout, Moline and Richard Trout, Rock Island.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Ralph Trout, Darlene Hall, Edward Trout and Robert Trout.
