Patricia A. Morrow, 63, of Rock Island, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 at her home.
A family memorial service was held Saturday, June 27th, at House of Fire Ministries, Rock Island.
Patricia was born December 23, 1951 in Tennessee, a daughter of Arthur and Mary Waters Cunningham. She attended Black Hawk College. She married Truman L. Morrow on June 11, 1977 in Rock Island.
Patricia had worked at John Deere Foundry for 10 years. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and had worked at Franciscan Hospital, Rock Island Convalescent Center, and other area nursing homes.
Patricia enjoyed reading, gardening, singing, crocheting, and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are her husband, Truman, of Rock Island; children, Dorothy Cunningham, and Myrin Morrow, both of Rock Island; brothers and sisters, Ronnie Cunningham, Dwayne Waters, Robert Cunningham, David (Ann) Cunningham, and Arthur (Tomika) Cunningham, Jr., Rev. Dr. Jacqueline Walls, Mary (Derek) Norington and Theorie Bragg; sisters-in-law, Charlotte and Barbara Morrow; special sister-in-law, Lorraine Waters; brother-in-law, LaVerne Morrow; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Dorothy Fluker Morgan; brothers, Thomas Cunningham, James Cunningham, Marvin Cunningham and Joseph Pelfrey; father and mother -in-law, Johnnie Frank and Joy Morrow; brother-in-law, John L. Morrow; sisters-in-law, Catherine Cunningham, Elizabeth Cunnigham and Lynette Waters.
