Patricia A. "Pat" Rossow, 86, of Moline, IL, formerly of Geneseo, IL and Aiken, SC passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Heartland Health Care Center, Moline.  No public services will be held.  Private inurnment will be in Rock Island National Cemetery, Arsenal Island.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of the Alzheimer's Association.  Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island is assisting the family.

Patricia was born April 10, 1931 in Ottumwa, Iowa, the daughter of Edward Paul and Mildred (Olsen) Allen.  She married Ernest H. "Jack" Rossow, Jr. on July 24, 1954 in Moline.  Jack passed away on October 21, 2013.  Pat graduated from college with a teacher's certificate, but spent most of her working years as a devoted homemaker for her husband and children.  She greatly enjoyed horses and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her children; Kristi (Bruce) Anderson, Bozeman, MT; Tim (Sue) Rossow, Powder Springs, GA; Ernie Rossow, San Diego; grandchildren, Holly Anderson, Alexandria, VA; Stephanie (Thomas) Mason, Columbia, MD; Kelsey Anderson, Denver, CO; Lauren (Ben) Dexter, Trinity, FL; John Rossow, Powder Springs, GA; Paul Rossow, Dallas, GA; great grandchildren, Brody and Regan Dexter with another "on the way," brother, Cliff (Lois) Allen, Deer River, Minnesota; and many other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; and her parents.
