Patricia Ann Brandt, 91, of Milan, died Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Milan. A rosary will be recited at 3 pm followed by visitation from 3:30 - 6 pm Monday, December 26, 2022 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials to St. Ambrose Catholic Church or the Pilot Club of Moline.
Patricia was born in Davenport, Iowa on August 5, 1931, a daughter of William and Veronica Hart Ryan. She graduated from Davenport Central High School in 1950. Patricia married Charles W. "Charlie" Brandt on October 3, 1953 in Davenport, Iowa. He preceded her in death on August 1, 2022.
Patricia worked as a service representative for Northwest Bell Telephone Company, retiring in 1959 to raise her family.
Patricia was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Milan, the Pilot Club of Moline and a lifetime member of the Backwater Gamblers Show Ski Team. She was also a member of the card club "500" in which she enjoyed playing with her lady friends in the neighborhood.
Survivors include her children, Terry Brandt, Rock Island, Tim (Krystal Miller) Brandt, Milan, Jane (Kevin Trasorras) Brandt, Mexico, Todd (Laura) Brandt, Rock Island and Trent (Cathy Vanthournout) Brandt, Milan; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, James (Nancy) Ryan, Mesa, Arizona and Mike (Betty Jo) Ryan, Davenport, Iowa; and sister, Betty Jo (Ron) Taube, Webster Grove, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Mary Haase and her husband, Jerry, brother, Robert Ryan, niece, Heather Bennett and daughter-in-law, Brenda Brandt.
