Patrick Duncan Johnson, 66, of Rock Island, Il, passed away Monday September 29, 2014 at UPH-Trinity, Rock Island.
Services will be 10:00am Friday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island, with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will follow in National Cemetery, Rock Island, with Military Honors.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Patrick was born on August 30, 1948 in Columbus, GA., the son of Herbert and Vivian (Cox) Johnson. He married Barbara Murphy on March 24, 2008 in Georgia.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara; children, Diane(Brian) Lehman, Melissa(Pete) Anderson, Christopher Johnson, all of Columbus, GA.; step sons, Gary Taylor and Daniel Philips, both of Columbus; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; special niece, Debra Jones(Dennis Wilson), Rock Island; great nephews, Jeff(Courtney) Jones, Landon Murphy; great nieces, Angie Jones and Hannah Grace Henson; and 5 great-great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.

Mr. Johnson was a Captain in the United States Air Force, serving two tours in Vietnam and one tour in Desert Storm.
