Pattie Jeane Reed Robinson, 59, of Moline, passed away peacefully at 3:55pm on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Genesis Medical Center, Silvis, Illinois.

Funeral services are 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2024, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation is one hour prior. Burial at Greenview Memorial Gardens.

Pattie was born at 1:11am on October 14, 1964, in Davenport, Iowa, to James Albert Reed and Rosie Lee (Jones Reed) Hamilton.

Pattie had worked at Heartland Health Care Center, Moline for 15 years before having to retire after becoming ill. She battled with Kidney Disease, but did not let that stop her from enjoying life and loving her family and friends. Her daughter and grandchildren were her pride and joy.

Pattie had a love for cooking soul food and was known for her famous dressing and greens, which were the bomb. She was an excellent cook and a foodie. Patties favorite foods were spicy and feisty as was her personality and life. Halloween and Christmas were her favorite holidays and she enjoyed decorated her home for the season. During the 90's she layed, slayed and braided hair, loved listening to her music and later shopping with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter, Kaleka Girisia Reed; grandchildren, Moses Granja Reed, Victor Miranda Reed, Lissette Miranda Reed and Pierston Miranda Reed; siblings, James Reed Jr., Eric (Angela) Reed, Louise Osborn, Diane Reed Wilmington, Lisa Hamilton, and Marvin (Danita) Hamilton; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Pattie was preceded in death by her parents, to James Albert Reed and Rosie Lee (Jones Reed) Hamilton; brother in law, Larry Wilmington and Perry Osborne.

A very special thank you to her ride and die friends, Ms. Lora, may she rest in peace and Nita and Roberta.
