Paula Sue "Suzi" Brattain, 68, of Moline, IL, passed away on January 1, 2026, at Hope Creek Care and Rehab Center. Born on May 7, 1957, in Rock Island, IL, she was the beloved daughter of Paul M. and Mary N. (Ahlf) Brattain. Paula was known for her passionate spirit, which shone brightly through her love for crafting and gardening. She will be remembered by her children, Chad Bubrick, Corey Bubrick, and Jamie (Daniel) Groves, as well as her cherished grandchildren and one great grandchild. She also leaves behind her devoted sisters, Patricia Welch and Cindy Deleu, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Paula is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Kathy Allison. A Celebration of Life honoring Paula will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to share memories. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in care of Paula's family.
