Petra C. Bell, 56, of Milan, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 at UnityPoint Health-Trinity, Rock Island. Visitation for Mrs. Bell will be Friday from 6 pm to 7 pm at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan. There will be no service. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Germany. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Petra was born on February 27, 1961 in Frankfurt, Germany, a daughter of Willfried and Giesela (Klose) Weinreich. She married Aubrey Bell in August 27, 1993 in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Petra was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking. Survivors include her husband, Aubrey; mother, Giesela Weinreich, Karben, Germany; sister, Jutta Deliomini, Staufenberg, Germany.
