Philip J. Leslein, 54, of Taylor Ridge, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at his home. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and no services are planned.Philip was born on March 27, 1960 in Davenport, a son of Eldon and Virginia (Gibbs) Leslein. He married Nola Forth Leslein on Dec. 31, 1999 in Bettendorf.

Philip owned and operated a web design firm with his wife, Nola, for over 15 years. He was a member of the Milan Rifle Club and especially enjoyed Bulls-Eye shooting.

Survivors include his wife, Nola of Taylor Ridge; mother, Virginia Leslein of Davenport; mother in law, Bernita Forth; children (and spouses), Shea (Meghan) Leslein of Lombard, Ill. and Laura (Jamey) Ward of Dubuque, Iowa; 7 grandchildren; siblings (and spouses), John Leslein, Bill (Mary Lee) Leslein, Charles (Sue) Leslein, Michelle (Al) Plummer, Ann Louhela, Maxi (Richard) Hirsch, Mary Pillard, Karl (Sarah) Leslein and Jackie (Larry) Negaard.

He was preceded in death by his father; father in law, Donald Forth; brother, Tom and sister, Judy.
