Priscilla A. Gustafson, 91, of East Moline, died Monday, November 3, 2025, at the Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline.  Per her wishes, cremation rites were accorded.  A private family celebration will take place at a later date.  Memorials may be made in care of the River Bend Food Bank, 4010 Kimmel Drive, Davenport, Iowa, 52802 or Christ the King Catholic Church, 3209 60th Street, Moline, Illinois 61265.  Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, is assisting the family.

Priscilla was born in Rock Island, Illinois on May 24, 1934, a daughter of Fred L. and Harriett E. Farabee Pepping.

Priscilla was primarily a homemaker.  Over the years, she enjoyed going to flea markets, garage sales and regular visits to Goodwill.  At one time she was part owner of Riverside Antiques with her best friend, Inge Barrowclough.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons and daughters-in-law, Michael (Phyllis) Wenthe and Martin (Delorse) Wenthe; grandchildren, Zack (Rachel) Wenthe, Nick (Kelly) Wenthe and Alex (Tori) Wenthe; and great-grandchildren, Madison, Nicholas, Emma, Phoebe, Britton, Oliver, Max and Teddy.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family would like to thank Destiny along with the other staff and her friends at Ridgewood Towers.  Most recently the family is thankful for the care she received from Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation and Compassus Hospice.
