Randy J. McAdam, 67, of Milan, passed away on February 27, 2026, at UnityPoint Health Hospital. A service to celebrate Randy’s life will take place on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory in Rock Island. Those wishing to pay their respects will have the chance to do so during a visitation from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Per Randy’s wishes, he will be laid to rest at Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline next to his daughter, Samantha. 

Born on August 3, 1958, in Moline, Randy was the son of Philip and Eileen (Anderson) McAdam. He was the youngest of five siblings, and everyone knew Randy in one way or another. He was kindhearted, protective, and lived an adventurous life. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle near and far, working in his garage while listening to classic rock, fishing in Lake Michigan, camping anywhere he could pull his trailer and enjoying the sunshine on his front porch while watching his neighborhood.

He leaves behind his brother, Dave (Jean) McAdam, several nieces and nephews, and Margee Vandeveire, his significant other that was there for him to the very end. Randy will be missed deeply by his family and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Samantha Larson-McAdam; his parents; and siblings, Russell McAdam, Rollin McAdam, and Phyllis Abney.
