Randy Skovronski, 65, of Moline, Illinois passed away on March 26, 2025 peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. A visitation will be held at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home in Rock Island on Thursday April 3, 2025 from 3pm to 7pm, with a private burial on April 4, 2025. A celebration of life will be held at the Svithiod Club of Moline beginning at 3pm on Friday, April 4, 2025.

Randy was a proud IBEW Journeyman Lineman for 38 years, spending most of his career locally with Mid-American Energy. Randy also had a passion for teaching and spent 20+ years training apprentices as an ALBAT instructor.

Randy will forever be remembered for his clever, quick witted commentary and not so subtle sarcasm. Randy was a master at infuriating you, only to moments later have you laughing hysterically with him. Randy will also be remember for his generosity. Whether it was donating his time, his money, or even his blood, Randy was always the first person to volunteer. Randy loved to hunt, fish, and tolerated golf (to appease his wife). He also loved his Chicago Bears (except the starting QB), Michigan Wolverines and Chicago Cubs.

Randy is survived by: His Wife, TJ "Sweetie", Son, Joseph (Guinevere) Skovronski, Daughter, Beth Skovronski, Son, Paul (Amanda) Skovronski, Step Sons, Dan (Julie) Shepard & Derek Rotz as well as his ten beloved grandchildren (Owen, Emma, Zoe, Sophie, Levi, Ruby, Baby #10, Camden, Beckett, & James).  Randy was preceded in death by his parents (Joseph and Teresa), Sister (Pam), and Brother (Stan).

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to to the Svithiod Club of Moline in his honor.
