Raymond Lopez , 74, of Milan, IL, passed away Sunday February 13, 2022 at UnityPoint-Trinity, Rock Island.

A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 18, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan, with memorial visitation one hour prior to services. Inurnment will be at a later date in Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Raymond was born January 23, 1948 in Corpus Christi, Texas, a son of Cristino, Sr. and Frances Vallejo Lopez. He was previously married to Shirley S. Mullins.

Raymond was employed at John Deere- PDC, Milan for 40 years. He retired in 2014. He also loved working on his farm.

He was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Surviving are his children, Paula (Rick) Chamberlain, Missouri, Shirlen (Eric) Smock, Milan, Linda Farmer, Milan, Renee (Herschell) Pea, Rock Island; grandchildren, Jami Howard, Alexandria Chamberlain, Brian Lopez, Ricky Chamberlain, Shellby Farmer, Hadashia Pea, Samantha Farmer, Ambrosia Pea, and Katelyn Smock; great grandchildren, Tyana, Gabby, Wyatt, Alora, Aden, Georgia Rae, Tykeem, Brady, Quincy, Amari, Delilah and Oaklynn and Rylan, both on the way; siblings, Frances (Victor) Ornelas, Duke, OK, Cristino Lopez, Jr., Bettendorf, IA, Rosemary (Tom) Rohr, Indiana, Patricia (Robert) Cummings, Arkansas, and Lupe Navajos, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family.

Raymond was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley; parents; and siblings, Martha Garcia, Josie Esparza, Mary Delarosa and Richard Lopez.
