Rebecca L. Anderson-Klabunde, 56, of Silvis, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2015 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline. Celebration of Life service for Becky will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 7pm at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Milan. Visitation will be from 5 to 7pm at the funeral home on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.

Becky was born on December 10, 1958 in Moline, a daughter of Clifford Anderson and Beverly Forsyth Anderson. She married Roger Klabunde in 1991 in Moline. Becky was a 1977 graduate of Alwood High School, where she was a cheerleader and homecoming queen. She was a talented artist, loved music and was always singing. Becky never meet a stranger. She loved to cook, shop and go antiquing. She enjoyed vacationing in Door County, Wisconsin. Becky was especially loved by her Mom.

Survivors include her mother and step father, Bev and Jim Samberg, Andalusia; step father, Stan McMeekan, Rock Island; a daughter, Chelsea, through a gift of love was given up for adoption; siblings, Oly (Karen) Anderson, Edginton, Rick Anderson, Peoria, her twin brother, Jeff (Gail) Anderson, Moline; sister in law, Joy McMeekan, Taylor Ridge; step sister, Missy (Steve) Vogrin, Downers Grove; nieces, Christine, Amy, Kate, Kelsi, Sid, Allissa and Bella; nephews, David, Eric, Isaac, Matt (Becka), Jarred, Jonathan and Austin; cousins, Dee, Kathy, Jeanie, Cindy, Diane, Trish and Laurie; and her special friend, Mike Johnson, Geneseo.
