Rhonda S. Wise, 59, of Milan, died Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at home.  A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan, with Bishop Don Johnston officiating.  Visitation will be an hour prior to service time at the funeral home.  Inurnment will be at Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island.  Memorials may be made in care of the family.

Rhonda was born in Marion, Ohio on September 28, 1957, daughter of Robert and Goldie Johnston.  She married Delbert E. Wise on June 20, 1991 in Rock Island.

Rhonda was a very loving wife, mother and step-mother.

Survivors include her husband, Delbert Wise, Milan; daughter, Kimberly (Patrick) Phillips, Milan; and brothers, Robert (Shirley) Johnston Jr., N.C. and Bishop Don (Sandra) Johnston, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, children, Jason, Stephen and Amanda Woods and one niece, Angel Marie Johnston.
