Richard "Dick" Allen, 70, of Muscatine, formerly of Yukon, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday August 18, 2018 at Pearl Valley Rehab Center, Muscatine.

Funeral services will be 12:00pm Wednesday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Reynolds. Visitation will be from 10am to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Reynolds Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to Parkinsons Foundation or Reynolds United Methodist Church.

Richard was born on October 4, 1947 in Milan, the son of Raymond and Ruth (Curtis) Allen. He married Kathy Drahaus Fish on April 9, 1982 in Oklahoma. He was a US Army Veteran having served in Vietnam.

Mr. Allen had been employed as a parts manager at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma for over 30 years. He had previously been employed at Altorfer, Davenport.

He was a member of Reynolds United Methodist Church, loved Nascar, drag racing, Pontiacs and GTO's.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy; brother, Daryl (Vicki) Allen, Reynolds; Connie Allen, Salt Lake City, UT.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Steve Fish; sisters, Carolyn and Kathleen.
