Richard Lee Fuller, 61, of Milan, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at his daughter's residence.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, June 5, 2017 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Milan.  Visitation will be from 1 pm to 4 pm on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan.  Burial will be at National Cemetery, Rock Island.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

Richard was born on January 9, 1956 in Davenport, IA, the son of James W and Inez (Lampson) Fuller Sr.  He married Debra Lange on August 4, 1973 in Rock Island.  Richard was a proud veteran serving both in the US Marine Corps and retiring with the US Army National Guard HQS 2-123.  He also was employed at the Rock Island Arsenal as a material handler. He loved camping and playing Marbles with his family and having his grandkids around.

Richard is survived by his wife of 43 years, Deb Fuller, Milan; daughter, Stacie Fuller  (Chuck Thompson), Taylor Ridge; son, Eric (Kelly) Fuller, Rock Island; grandchildren, Krystin, Keli, Kiani, and Kamdyn Pearson, and Angelina Thompson; siblings, Susan Metcalf, Davenport, Patricia (Jose) Trevino, East Moline, Robert (Janelle) Fuller, Nevada, Sheila (Ted) Simmons, and Donna Potter.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, James Fuller Jr.
