Rochelle Davis, 43, of Rock Island, passed away Friday June 2, 2017 at her home.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday June 16, 2017 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00pm Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials may be left to the family.

Rochelle was born on October 27, 1973 in Durant, MS, the daughter of Walter Kitchen and Gloria Davis. She graduated from Rock Island High School in 1993.

She had been employed at Xpac, Milan and formerly at the Holiday Inn, Rock Island.

Rochelle was a devoted mother to her three children. She had a passion for cooking, reading and crossword puzzles.

Survivors include her children, Taurean, Daivari and Sereniti Rogers; mother, Gloria Davis; siblings, Gregory (Jennifer)Davis, Sonya Davis, Shapri (James) Davis, LaKeesha Davis, LaRico (Ashley)Davis, Adrian Pryor, Jenika Pryor, Joshua Pryor; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Walter; granddaughter, Lathena; maternal grandparents, Cora Lee and Harold Davis.
