Roger C. Snyder, 86, of Milan, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at Jersey Ridge Place, Davenport.

Visitation will be 4:00 -6:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Milan. Private burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Moline with military honors. Memorials can be made to VA Clinic, Davenport.

Roger was born November 12, 1939 in Moline, the son of John and Martha (DeBrucker) Snyder.

Roger was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He retired from the Q.C. Airport as an Electrician in 2002.

Roger was a member of the NRA and Milan Gun Club. He enjoyed shooting and watching NSACAR.

Survivors include his daughters, Dawn Talboom, Cambridge, WI, Julie Briggs, Moline and Melissa (Kerry) Engle, Davenport; grandchildren, Amanda, Kody, Brandon, Jacob, Chloei, Abigail and Ian and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Scott Snyder and brothers, Richard, Larry and Michael Snyder.
