Ronald Wayne Foulks, 60, of St. Paul, MN, formerly of Rock Island, passed away Sunday August 23, 2020 in Moline.

Services will be 12:00pm Friday September 4, 2020 at Wheelan Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island and will be broadcast on at https://www.wheelanpressly.com/live-stream, for those unable to attend. Pastor Melvin Grimes will officiate the service. Visitation will be from 11:00am to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials may be left to family. In accordance with gathering restrictions, attendees are expected to wear a mask and observe social distancing.  The funeral home staff will monitor capacity limits and allow up to 50 people in at a time.

Ronald was born on November 30, 1959 in Rock Island, the son of Otis Garvin Foulks Sr. and Alma Pete Foulks.

He was a graduate of Rock High School.

He was the owner of Quick Action Hauling, St. Paul, MN.

Ronald loved spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing and working on his cars and was a member of Woodland Hills Church in St. Paul, MN.

Survivors include his children, Nicholas Newman, Davenport, Nia Boggess, Des Moines; sister, Carlotta (Erroll) Foster, Brooklyn Park, MN., 12 grandchildren; sister in law, Rosezella Foulks; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Otis Garvin Foulks Sr. and Alma Pete Foulks; a brother, Otis Garvin Foulks Jr.; nephew Terrance Donnell Foulks, and niece Tian Nyshae Rush.
