Ronald L. Williams, 69, of Rock Island, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Harmony- Utica Ridge, Davenport.

Funeral services will be 11:00 p.m., Monday, February 9, 2026 at Greater Antioch Church, Rock Island with visitation 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island.

Ronald was born February 25, 1956 in Paducah, KY, the son of Charles Lee and Mildred Mae (Starling) Williams.

Ronald worked as a Supervisor at QC Heat Treat, Rock Island. He was a Professional Boxer and outstanding artist.

Survivors include his Special friend, Gloria Williams, children: Latoya Williams, LaRonica Williams, Ronald Williams, Jr., Lonnie Johnson-Williams, Charles Williams, Kara Williams, Rebecca Davis, Lamont Williams and Brittnee Williams; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; mother, Mildred Mae Ellis, Moline; sisters, Shelia (John) Gerstner, Saint Augustine, FL, Teresa Williams, Des Moines, Brenda Williams-Jacobs, Davenport, Alice Ellis, Roseville, NC, Ethar M Ellis, Rock Island and Cynthia Bryant, Charleston, MO; brothers, Kenneth Williams, Des Moines and Christopher Ellis, Madison, WI and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his fathers Charles Lee Williams, and Monroe Ellis, Grandmother Opal Starling, son, Justin Williams, daughter, Christie White and sister, Linda Hubert.
