Ronnie "Arnie" L. Hofmann, 67, of Andalusia, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Mercer Manor Rehabilitation, Aledo. A memorial service will be live-streamed at 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan, with online access available at https://www.wheelanpressly.com/milan-live-stream. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Face masks and social distancing are required. Memorials may be made in care of the family.

Ronnie was born on February 3, 1953 in Aledo, Illinois, a son of George and Virginia (Noble) Hofmann. He worked as a farmer at Hofmann Farms and a roofer at Hofer Roofing. Ronnie was a member of the Andalusia Community Baptist Church and the Taylor Ridge Jaycee's. He enjoyed fishing and deer hunting.

Those left to cherish Ronnie's memory include his wife, Donna Finley; children, Shannon Hernandez, Chad (Monica) Hofmann, Travis (Amy) Hofmann, Theresa, Tracy, Tonya, and Kriss; mother, Virginia Hofmann; 26 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; siblings, Vernon Hofmann, Tom (Cookie) Hofmann, Sandy Hofmann, and Jane Althoff; brother-in-law, William "Bill" Gluck; close friends, Mike Chillemi and Randy Hofer; and several extended family members.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, George; sister, Carol Gluck; sister-in-law, Sandra Hofmann; and brother-in-law, Dick Althoff.
