Rose A. Bundy , 76, formerly of Carbon Cliff, IL, passed away Thursday May 13, 2021 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline, IL.

A memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 22, at The Knox Chapel of Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 2106 7th Ave., Rock Island. Inurnment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to Quad City Animal Welfare Center, Milan, IL.

Rose A. Anderson was born November 14, 1944 at home on Big Island, a daughter of Vernie J. and Helen L. Ortiz Anderson. She married Victor L. Bundy on June 5, 1993 in Rock Island. He preceded her in death on November 13, 2001.

She worked as a nurse's aide for many years in private home care. Rose enjoyed playing cards, bingo, camping, and taking care of her cats.

She is survived by her sisters, Shirley Lemon, Moline, Jeanette Goodwin, Moline, and Anna Short, Silvis; and many nieces, nephews, and their families.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sisters, Helen, Darlene, and Bonnie.
