Roxanna Jo McKamey, 71, of Bettendorf, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at her residence.

Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on December 4, 2022, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island.

Roxanna was born on May 13, 1951 in Rock Island, the daughter of Floyd and Dorothy (Cross) Harrington. Roxanna married Neal McKamey on January 11, 2003, in Bettendorf. She retired from Eagle Foods in October 2003, as a License Clerk/Secretary. Roxanna enjoyed going to garage sales and antiquing. She always enjoyed a good conversation with anybody, and tried to leave nobody out. Most of all, Roxanna loved her time spent with family, especially her grandchildren.

Roxanna is survived by her husband Neal McKamey; children, Jereamy Shouse and Sherri (Jeremy) Smith; step children, Nathan McKamey, Jeffery (Elaine) McKamey, and Katie (Jason) Kelly; grandchildren, Taylor Shouse, Kaitlyn Shouse, Elijah Smith, Ezekiel Smith, Willa McKamey, Henry McKamey, Benjamin Kelly, Lillian Kelly, and Samson Kelly; sister, Patty Ann Gibson; and multiple other extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings, Mona Faulkner and Bobby Harrington.
