Russell A. Valberg, 62, of Quincy, IL, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at Blessing Hospital, Quincy, IL. Cremation rites will be accorded and no services will be held. Inurnment will be at Rock Island National Cemetery.

Russell was born April 4, 1960, in Watertown, South Dakota, to Harold E. Valberg and Marlys L. Krayenbirnk. He served in the United States Navy from 1980 to 1983.

Russell is survived by siblings, Tamie (Donald) Noack, Kevin (Susie) Valberg, Laurie (Phil) Fowler; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Joseph Valberg.
