Ruth E. O'Hern, 92, of Moline, passed away Tuesday February 20, 2018 at Generations, Rock Island.

Visitation will be from 1-2pm Friday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030-7th Avenue, Rock Island.  Graveside services will be 2:30pm at Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island.

Memorials may be left to Pregnancy Resources, Davenport.

Ruth was born on June 25, 1925 in Zansville, OH, the daughter of Harry and Charlotte (Grieve) Watkins.

Ruth had been employed as a nurse at several local hospitals and nursing homes. She especially enjoyed her time in the nursery at the former Moline Public Hospital.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed needlework, counted cross-stitching and crocheting.

Survivors include her children, Mary (Cole) James, Bettendorf, Kevin J. O'Hern, Missouri, Kelly J. O'Hern, Illinois, Ann M. Berhenke, Bethany, MO.; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Erin.
