Sandra C. Handley, 74, of Milan, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018 at UnityPoint Health-Trinity, Rock Island. Private inurnment services for Sandy will be held at a later date in the Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to the family. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Milan is assisting the family. Sandra was born on April 15, 1944 in Norfolk, Virginia. She was raised by her mother, Virginia Holbrook and her grandparents, Franklin and Goldie Holbrook. Sandy worked at Walmart in Pensacola, FL., before her retirement in 2012. She was a member of the Milan Christian Church. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Darla and Rae Dixon, Joy, Donald and Trish Frye, Gainesboro, TN., Darrin and Shelli Frye, LeClaire, IA., and Christopher and Lori Handley, Manteno, IL.; 13 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
