Sandra H. Moore, 69, East Moline, IL passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at her home. There will be a visitation from 4-6:00 PM on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to King's Harvest Pet Rescue.

Sandra was born in Chicago, IL on January 21, 1954, to Hattie (Claiborne) and Jonathan Moore. She grew up in Chicago and after graduating high school, moved to the Quad Cities to attend Augustana College. She later transferred to Black Hawk College where she earned her bachelor's degree in finance. Sandra then worked at First National Bank for a time before starting her career as a banker at Blackhawk State Bank. She was a banker there for over 20 years until her retirement.

Sandra loved music was a member Hersong Women's Chorus and St. Joseph's Catholic Church Choir. She enjoyed traveling, especially a trip to the Vatican. She was a big animal lover and rescued several dogs over the years.

Sandra is survived by her mother, Hattie Moore; son, John (Ruby) Moore; grandson, Jonathan Moore IV; siblings, Joey and Michael Moore; and best friend, Jody Westbrooks.

She was preceded in death by her father.
