Sharon J. Daniels, 76, of Milan, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 at her residence. Due to the current COVID-19 public gathering restrictions, the funeral service will be private. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan. Face masks are required and only ten people will be allowed in the funeral home at a time. Private burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family and a memorial will be established at a later date.

Sharon was born on May 30, 1944 in Logansport, Indiana, a daughter of Bion B. and Jeanne C. (McFarland) Bowyer. She married Robert L. Daniels Jr. on July 11, 1964. He preceded her in death on May 20, 2000. Sharon worked as a nurse's aide at Help at Home for over ten years. She enjoyed watching television, reading, crocheting, cook outs, and above all spending time with her family and her dog and best friend, Max.

Those left to cherish Sharon's memory include her children Carol (Joseph) Vroman, Cincinnati, Ohio, Rodney (Sue) Daniels, Moline, and Cindy Roberts, Rock Island; grandchildren, Shelby, Austin, Jeffrey, Justin, Brooke, Joshua, Matthew, and Michael; seventeen great-grandchildren; and siblings, Rose Roe, Linda (Norman) Grogg, Bonnie (Steve) Willis, Nancy (Alan) Richardson, Laura (Junior) Cooper, and Larry (Kym) Graham.

Sharon was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and sister, Ellen Graham.
