Stacey Marie Eiler, 54, of East Moline, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at MercyOne Genesis Davenport Medical Center.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Bethel Wesley United Methodist Church, 1201 13th Street, Moline, Illinois. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, Illinois is assisting the family with arrangements.

Stacey was born on May 31, 1972, in Okinawa, Japan, a daughter of John and Karen (Hopkins) Eiler. She attended Geneseo High School and graduated from Moline High School in 1991. Stacey later attended college, earning a degree in childcare. She dedicated many years to working in childcare for the State of Illinois.

Above all, Stacey cherished her family and the time she spent with those she loved. She enjoyed taking naps, drinking Diet Coke, watching television, and sitting outside. Stacey will be remembered for the simple pleasures she enjoyed and, most of all, for the love she had for her family.

Those left to cherish Stacey’s memory include her children, Devon Eiler, Ashley Eirhart, Madison (Shawn) Eiler, and Anaysha Penson; her mother, Karen Eiler; grandchildren, Aryel, Ashlynn, Emilio, Savion, Devon, Kingston, Messiah, Rashaad, and Sienna; and siblings, Jason Eiler and Michele Penson.

Stacey was preceded in death by her father, John Eiler, and best friend, Melinda Wright.
