Steven L. Evans, 73, of Milan, passed away Wednesday January 20, 2021 at UPH Trinity, Rock Island.

There are no services pending at this time. Burial will be in Rock Island National Cemetery.

Steven was born on February 21, 1947 in Des Moines, IA, the son of Barney Robbins and Helen Harvey. He was raised by his mother and step father, John Evans. He married Nancy Fonteyne.

He was a United States Army Veteran.

Mr. Evans had been employed at the former Rock Island Lines Railroad as a clerk for several years.

Steven was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Milan. He was also a avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.  Mr. Evans loved reading and watching sports.
