Taylynn Annmarie Carlson, infant daughter of Alyssa Jochim, Rock Island, and Devin Carlson, Moline passed away Saturday March 19, 2016 at University of Iowa Hospital, Iowa City.

Taylynn was born March 5, 2016 in Moline, Illinois.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan, IL, where visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to the family to be designated later.

In addition to her parents, surviving are her maternal grandparents, Kim and Mark Jochim, Rock Island; paternal grandparents, Stacy and Jeremy Villarreal, Rock Island, and William and Connie Keller, Cambridge, IL; maternal great-grandmothers, Carol Plohr, Milan and Catherine Jochim, Milan; paternal great-grandparents, Sandy and Charles Carlson, Rock Island, and Jackie Carlson, Taylor Ridge; aunts and uncles, Amber and Austin Jochim, Elizabeth, William, and Olivia Keller, and James, Khloe, and J.J. Villarreal; and numerous additional family members.

Taylynn was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfathers, Richard Plohr and Albert Jochim; paternal great-grandmother, Nana Kirklin; aunt, Ashlynne Jochim; and cousin Allyssa Larson.
