Terance R. Cavins, 36, of Moline, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 at UPH-Trinity, Rock Island.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 3030 7th Ave., Rock Island.  Visitation will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm on Friday, February 10, 2017 at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Terance was born on May 30, 1980 in Moline, the son of Stephen and Kelly (Soloman) Cavins and step mother, Gina Cavins whom raised him like her own.  He was a self employed mechanic.  Terance loved spending time with his son Tullis and riding his motorcyle.

Terance is survived by his father, Stephen (Gina) Cavins; mother, Kelly Logan; son, Tullis Cavins; siblings, Michael Cavins, Melissa (LeRoy) Koontz, Donald "Don" Logan, Matthew Logan, Amanda Logan; paternal grandmother, Theresa Cavins; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends, and the mother of his son, Destiney Taylor.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Louis Cavins.
