Terry Lee Brown, 78, of Rock Island passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024 at home.

A private graveside service will be held at Rock Island National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be left in care of your favorite veteran's organization. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island is assisting the family.

Terry was born on September 26, 1946 in Kewanee, IL, a son of Gerald and Edythe (Petersen) Bloomberg. He worked as a tool and dye maker for Frizzelle and Parsons Die Sinking Company for many years. Terry later retired from The ARC of the Quad Cities, where he worked in their maintenance department.

Terry's hobbies included fishing, hunting, mushroom hunting, playing slots and playing cards with friends.

Those left to cherish Terry's memory include his two children, Todd Brown and Jenny Brown; grandchildren, Aiden, Mackenzie and Karsen; great-grandson, Amias James; brother-in-law, Larry Anderson; niece, Kelley (Maurice) Anderson Arnold; and great niece and nephews, Alyssa, Logan and Landry.

Terri was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Lynne Anderson.
