Obituary
Thomas L. Farmer, 82, of Rock Island, died Sunday, June 11, 2017 at UnityPoint Health - Trinity, Rock Island. Cremation rites were accorded. Per his wishes, there will be no services. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, assisted the family.
Thomas was born in Chicago, Ill. on March 11, 1935, a son of Robert L. and Irene Kazmierczak Farmer. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired from the City of Rock Island.
Survivors include his son, Lee Farmer; sister, Louise Farmer, Minneapolis, Minn.; and special friend, Evelyn Anderson, Rock Island.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
