Thomas M. Milefchik, 49, of Rock Island, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021 at UnityPoint Health-Trinity, Rock Island. Private memorial services will be Thursday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Inurnment will be at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial fund that will be established at a later date.

Thomas Michael Milefchik was born on October 9, 1971 in Moline, a son of John "Jack" and Jeannette "Jean" (Dirks) Milefchik. Tom had worked for Valspar, Moline for several years. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Rock Island. Tom enjoyed baseball, golfing and cooking. He was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.

Survivors, include his daughters, Caitlyn Milefchik, Rock Island and Camryn Milefchik, Rock Island; parents, Jack and Jean Milefchik, Rock Island; siblings, Lisa (Bill) Harrington, Bettendorf and Marty (Mindy) Milefchik, Moline; a niece, Abby; nephews, Brady and Blake; and his dogs, "Walter" and "Charlie".
