Timothy Griffin, 57, of Rock Island, died Monday, December 25, 2017 at his home.  Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the KNOX CHAPEL of Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 2106 7th Ave., Rock Island.  Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the KNOX CHAPEL of Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory.  Cremation rites will follow services.  Memorials may be made in care of the family.

Tim was born in Moline, Ill. on October 22, 1960, a son of Donald and Patricia Hendricks Griffin.

He was currently working as a production manager for Midwest Complete Construction in Rock Island.

Tim enjoyed camping, fishing and working.  He loved spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Cindy Eckermann, Rock Island; children, Sean Kaiser, Rock Island, Steve Kaiser, Colona, David Griffin, Rock Island and Susie (Kris) Homan, Rock Island; grandchildren, Haley, Jeremy, Savannah, Hope, Steven, Jessica, Lucas, Grace, Paisley, Austin, Breanna and Kylee; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Adalynn and Hemingway; siblings, Donald (Karla) Griffin, Moline, Kimberly Griffin, Channahon, Ill. and Terri Armstrong, Moline; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
