Timothy “Tim” E. Ward, 63, of Moline, passed away Monday, April 20th, 2026, at home surrounded by his family.

Tim was born April 22nd, 1962 in Moline, IL, a son of James E. Ward and Ruth A. Ward (Gosa), who he is preceded by.

He married his wife, Jeanette M. Ward (Luckey), November 5th, 1994 and had four children, which he loved all fiercely. He graduated from Hamilton Technical College with an associates degree in electronics, and would go on to have a long career at Ipsco Steel, retiring as a machinist at M.A. Ford.

He loved being outdoors, crossword puzzles, and anything to do with music, but most of all his family.

He is also preceded in death by his sister Carol Brecht (Ward) and Marilyn Ward. Survivors include his wife Jeanette. Sons, Jonathan Ward, Justin Ward, and Nathan Ward. Daughter Ashlee Ward. Grandchildren, Arron, Miles, and Charlie. Brother, James Ward.
