Tina L. Jett, 51, of Rock Island, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago.

Funeral services are 1:30 p.m. Friday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Burial is at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island. Visitation is 4 to 7 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.

Tina was born June 23, 1964 in Moline, the daughter of Bonnie King Jett. She married Steven John Jett on Feb. 21, 1981. He died Jan. 21, 2008. She had worked for the Rock Island Public Schools and Mrs. T's Daycare.

She enjoyed being with friends and family, dancing, music and eating Mexican food.

Survivors include her children, Phillip Jett, Rock Island, Justin Jett, Moline, Brandon Jett, Moline, Cortney Jett, Rock Island, and Jackie Reyes, Rock Island; grandchildren, Koby and Sionna Jett, Tatiana Luckey and Kiya Reyes; her mother, Bonnie Jett, East Moline; brothers, Chris Hintze, Colona and Corey Jett, Rock Island; mother-in-law, Joan Jeffrey, Rock Island; sister-in-law, Becky Torrence, Rock Island and three brothers-in-law.
