Todd A. Carbis, 52, of Rock Island, passed away unexpectedly on January 2, 2019 at his home. Services for Todd will be 11 am, Tuesday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family. Todd was born on September 9, 1966 in Moline, a son of Howard and Sally (Dean) Carbis. Todd graduated Rock Island High School 1985. Todd's passion was in his drawings and music. Todd was a wonderful son, brother and uncle who loved his family and was loved by all who knew him. Survivors include his mother, Sally Ann Carbis; siblings, Debbie (Robert) Overton, Tami (Rollin) McAdam, Carolyn Reid (Paul Allmendinger), Bill (Tracy) Carbis, Michael Stromer Sr., Deb Damron-Townsend; and many nieces and nephews. Todd was in preceded in death by his father; and a nephew, Justin Reid. Online condolences may be left for the family at wheelanpressly.com
